Cancellation Policy
We do not charge a booking fee at the moment. Yet, we do ask all clients to respectfully cancel their appointments within at least 48 hours of the appointment time. This way we can avoid extra expenses that cost to prepare for non-shown appointments, or other clients can have a chance to book their appointments. Non-shown/No-call appointments will be canceled if booked the 2nd time around. To discuss this situation you will need to message us and speak with Cilla (The owner of The Bridal Rack) WE DO TAKE NO SHOWS VERY SERIOUSLY and we would like to continue offering free appointments to all. Bridal or Special Occasion appointments are 90 minutes long. We allow clients to bring 2 guests with them. For prom appointments, we require an adult present. We do not allow food, dogs, or children to run around the boutique. Children are welcome to come but parents must keep children under control. Any damage to dresses or other products in the shop will have to be paid for or replaced by the parent. We will offer coffee, tea, and water to our guests. Prosecco will be offered upon purchase of a bridal dress or bride and 2 guests will be invited to have a round of drinks at AZAR lounge next door to The Bridal Rack on the same day of saying 'Yes To The Dress' only. (Pending on availability). For in-house Seamstress Services - We offer in-house seamstress services only on certain days of the week. This service is reserved for clients who bought at The Bridal Rack only. Again, the maximum of guests you can bring for the appointment is 2. We do charge for this 1-hour appointment each time you book it. The appointment does not include the price of the services to be provided, we are only charging you 1 hour using our facility. Appointments are charged and nonrefundable if canceled not within 48 hours of notice at least. You must obtain a response from us by email or messaging system to be sure we received your cancelation message. Also, we will not make up time if you are running late for your appointment, a new appointment will have to be re-scheduled if you are running over 20 minutes late. Furthermore, you are not obligated to use our in-house seamstress. we will give you a list of other bridal seamstresses in the area. Our in-house seamstress will provide you with her estimate to work on your dress. All payment and negotiations will be done directly with the seamstress. The Bridal Rack takes no responsibility for any negotiations with the seamstress.
