For us to come to the wedding we add a flat charge of £25 extra anywhere in Essex.
All services are pending on availability and need to be booked in advance. A deposit of 50% of the total value is due upon booking. This deposit is to guarantee you a placement. however non-refundable if cancelled within 72 prior to the appointed date and time. If you need TBR to stay to help you and your guests into your dresses and prepare for your day, please let us know, we will be happy to do it so when we have availability. (Extra charges will apply).
 
Brides are responsible for picking up their dresses from The Bridal Rack at a previously appointed time 1 day before the wedding. Dresses non-collected will not be the responsibility of The Bridal Rack. We work on an appointment-only basis and The Bridal Rack WILL NOT BE OPENING IT's DOORS TO DRESSES BEING PICKED UP ON LAST MINUTE OR OUT OFF APPOINTMENT HOURS.
 
Garments MUST be collected by the bride, groom, or person previously appointed by the booking service person. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE THE GARMENT BACK TO A NON-APPOINTED PERSON.
