Cancellation Policy

We do not charge a booking fee at the moment. Yet, we do ask all clients to respectfully cancel their appointments within at least 48 hours of the appointment time. This way we can avoid extra expenses that cost to prepare for non-shown appointments, or other clients can have a chance to book their appointments. Non-shown/No-call appointments will be canceled if booked the 2nd time around. To discuss this situation you will need to message us and speak with Cilla (The owner of The Bridal Rack) WE DO TAKE NO SHOWS VERY SERIOUSLY and we would like to continue offering free appointments to all. Bridal or Special Occasion appointments are 90 minutes long. We allow clients to bring 2 guests with them. For prom appointments, we require an adult present. We do not allow food, dogs, or children to run around the boutique. Children are welcome to come but parents must keep children under control. Any damage to dresses or other products in the shop will have to be paid for or replaced by the parent. We will offer coffee, tea, and water to our guests. Prosecco will be offered upon purchase of a bridal dress or bride and 2 guests will be invited to have a round of drinks at AZAR lounge next door to The Bridal Rack on the same day of saying 'Yes To The Dress' only. (Pending on availability).
